Negotiating Communally

While male (or masculine) negotiators may win the battle but lose the war due to their competition and approach that is unsympathetic relationships, females may suffer on both accounts — problems and relationships — because concentrating on their particular needs causes others to look at them as bossy and aggressive. One method to over come this challenge would be to reframe a settlement as though you may be negotiating on the behalf of team or other people. For instance, a female whom negotiates for increased resources to improve the product quality or even the productivity of the division that is extended by downsizing and morale that is low be viewed as collaborative, maybe maybe perhaps not aggressive.
